Welcome to the Wesley Chapel-Weddington Athletic Association (WCWAA) Challenge and Classic soccer program.  Since the early 1980’s, WCWAA has provided an excellent track record to player development.  Annually, over 1300 players on more than 100 teams compete for one of the strongest soccer programs in the state.  

Our program is one of the only programs to provide player development for all ages and all levels.  Our Micro program is an excellent introduction to soccer for 3-5 year old boys and girls.  Our recreation program is the strongest in North Carolina with boys and girls teams from U7 to U14 working with trainers that assist each team in the developing each child's soccer skills.  

As players develop they may try-out for the more competitive environment of our Challenge and Classic travel program which extends the opportunity for players to advance beyond recreational play to the next level within the WCWAA organization. The WCWAA Challenge and Classic program extends beyond the Wesley Chapel and Weddington area and works with the Monroe Youth Soccer Association, Indian Trail Athletic Association, Piedmont Area Soccer Association and Porter Ridge Athletic Assocation to extend soccer to all reaches of Union County.

Field maintenance work is being done to prepare the fields for our Fall season.

Remember when you practice to mind the wet areas on the fields. 
The field areas that get ruined in practice will still be ruined for your games, avoid the wet areas.
